After your first lesson, you may request a reimbursement for the lesson if you were not pleased with the results. Once you have been reimbursed, though, you may not continue lessons with that same tutor in the future.

You can check out zoom before your first session if you would like here : www.zoom.us. But don’t get overwhelmed; your tutor will help you navigate during your first online session.
Yes; you and your tutor can both solve problems on a shared whiteboard in zoom. You can watch your tutor solve problems and your tutor will be able to see what you are doing and where you are making a mistake when you solve a problem on the whiteboard.
Your tutor will send you a zoom link a few minutes before your scheduled lesson. All you need to do is click on the link.

Monarch Online Tutoring requests a 24 hour advance notification if you would like to cancel a lesson. If you cancel late, you may be charged for a portion of the lesson. No Shows are charged for the full hour.
We will wait 15 minutes for a late student. If they have not messaged us after being late for fifteen minutes the lesson is considered a "No Show" and the tutor will not be available for the final 45 minutes. If a student is late and the lesson still takes place, the lesson ends at the scheduled time and the student will be charged for a full hour.
